The SDMC BV60 is a precision valve guide and seat machining center built for engine rebuilders who need accurate, repeatable seat work across a wide range of cylinder heads — from motorcycle and small-engine work all the way through automotive and light-duty diesel applications. Its triple air-flotation centering system lets the machine self-align to each guide so cuts stay true even when guides sit at angle, while the rigid cast frame and FESTO pneumatic / Schneider electric components keep the platform stable and serviceable for production-shop use.
The BV60 ships with NEWEN-compatible carbide tooling — tip holders, carbide tips, and carbide pilots — giving operators a complete, ready-to-cut package for resurfacing seats and conditioning guides on a broad range of head profiles.

Decades before today’s engine shops trusted our equipment, Tony was already deep in the craft — rebuilding motors, machining blocks, and pushing for better precision.
A local newspaper once featured him as a standout young machinist, noting his drive, attention to detail, and obsession with doing things the right way. That same passion would eventually shape our company’s values.
Today, that commitment lives on in every machine we sell, every customer we support, and every shop we help succeed.
