The RTV600 is a heavy-duty grinder designed to re-condition flywheels, clutch pressure plates, and similar circular parts — ideal for automotive, light- and heavy-duty vehicle shops, and machine shops. It’s also capable of fine-grinding other circular components (discs, rings, flanges), making it a versatile solution beyond just flywheels/clutches.
Thanks to a rigid cast-iron base and a well-supported rotating table — on a continuously lubricated surface — the RTV600 delivers high torsional rigidity and smooth, vibration-free operation. Its 4 kW grinding-head motor provides the power needed for deep cuts and a wide range of materials.
It comes “shop-ready,” including coolant system, wheel-dressing equipment, centering supports, and clamping accessories — enabling rebuild shops to offer flywheel/clutch re-surfacing immediately after installation.

Your machine’s long-term performance is our priority.
Decades before today’s engine shops trusted our equipment, Tony was already deep in the craft — rebuilding motors, machining blocks, and pushing for better precision.
A local newspaper once featured him as a standout young machinist, noting his drive, attention to detail, and obsession with doing things the right way. That same passion would eventually shape our company’s values.
Today, that commitment lives on in every machine we sell, every customer we support, and every shop we help succeed.
