Comec RTV530 Flywheel Clutch Pressure Plate Grinder

The RTV530 is a purpose-built resurfacing machine for engine flywheels, clutch pressure plates, and similar circular components — perfect for rebuild shops doing clutch/flywheel work. It supports up to 510 mm (20″) maximum grinding diameter, making it suitable for most automotive flywheels and pressure plates.

The machine’s heavy-duty base, rigid column, and precision rotary table ensure stability and accuracy during grinding. It also includes a built-in coolant system (with pump and settling tank), splash guard, and all standard tooling — making setup and operation quick and reliable.

Additionally, RTV530 can handle brake-disc grinding for car and truck brake discs when needed — offering flexibility beyond just flywheel/plate resurfacing.

Ready to Make the Right Equipment Choice?

Built on Real Engine-Rebuilding Experience

Decades before today’s engine shops trusted our equipment, Tony was already deep in the craft — rebuilding motors, machining blocks, and pushing for better precision.

A local newspaper once featured him as a standout young machinist, noting his drive, attention to detail, and obsession with doing things the right way. That same passion would eventually shape our company’s values.

Today, that commitment lives on in every machine we sell, every customer we support, and every shop we help succeed.
