The RSM240 is a dedicated rim-repair workstation built to straighten and recondition steel, aluminum, and alloy wheels (rims) in the 13″–24″ diameter range. It combines a hydraulic straightening press and a built-in lathe unit so you can both correct rim deformation (bends, warps, dents) and then machine or smooth out damage on rim edges — giving a full “rim restore” capability in one machine.
Because of its dual functionality, the RSM240 is ideal for tire shops, wheel repair shops, machine shops, or garages that want to offer rim-repair services in-house — avoiding expensive replacements and giving customers a lower-cost, fast-turnaround option.

Your machine’s long-term performance is our priority.
Decades before today’s engine shops trusted our equipment, Tony was already deep in the craft — rebuilding motors, machining blocks, and pushing for better precision.
A local newspaper once featured him as a standout young machinist, noting his drive, attention to detail, and obsession with doing things the right way. That same passion would eventually shape our company’s values.
Today, that commitment lives on in every machine we sell, every customer we support, and every shop we help succeed.
