The RP1000.M is a resurfacing machine built for cylinder heads, engine blocks, and other flat mating surfaces — with an emphasis on precision finishing using a milling (CBN/PCD) plate rather than (or in addition to) a grinding wheel. It’s designed for auto, light-truck, and industrial-engine heads/blocks, delivering a reliably flat, factory-like surface finish.
The core structure — base, table, column, and head — is heavy cast iron with substantial ribbing for rigidity, giving a stable, vibration-resistant platform. The table motion is driven by a recirculating-ball screw for precise and smooth feed even at slow speeds. Spindle and table feed are both variable via inverters, letting you adjust for different materials (cast iron, aluminum, diesel heads, etc.) and cutting methods (milling or grinding).
Because the “M” variant is optimized for milling (with a CBN/PCD/ALP insert-plate), it’s particularly suited for shops that want high-speed, high-quality resurfacing — especially for aluminum heads, alloy blocks, or cast-iron surfaces requiring a fine finish.

Your machine’s long-term performance is our priority.
Decades before today’s engine shops trusted our equipment, Tony was already deep in the craft — rebuilding motors, machining blocks, and pushing for better precision.
A local newspaper once featured him as a standout young machinist, noting his drive, attention to detail, and obsession with doing things the right way. That same passion would eventually shape our company’s values.
Today, that commitment lives on in every machine we sell, every customer we support, and every shop we help succeed.
