Axe SW-40E-HT Spray Washer

The SW-40E-HT is part of AXE’s “Dominator / SW-40” line: a rugged, versatile spray-washer with built-in hot-tank, engineered to clean engine blocks, heads, crankcases, manifolds — basically engine-shop parts up to heavy castings. It offers a 28″ roll-out turntable supporting up to 1000 lb, and 40″ of vertical interior clearance — large enough to handle many car, truck, or light-duty diesel engine blocks.

With a 7.5 HP high-flow pump delivering roughly 100 gallons per minute (GPM) of hot cleaning solution, plus a full-coverage spray manifold and built-in hot-tank soak, the SW-40E-HT is a reliable “cleaning-workhorse” for shops that rebuild in-house — eliminating the need to outsource cleaning or blasting for routine engine-part prep.

Ready to Make the Right Equipment Choice?

Built on Real Engine-Rebuilding Experience

Decades before today’s engine shops trusted our equipment, Tony was already deep in the craft — rebuilding motors, machining blocks, and pushing for better precision.

A local newspaper once featured him as a standout young machinist, noting his drive, attention to detail, and obsession with doing things the right way. That same passion would eventually shape our company’s values.

Today, that commitment lives on in every machine we sell, every customer we support, and every shop we help succeed.
